Webster Parish Students, ages 16-18, will have the opportunity to receive the Pfizer vaccine at school.  LSU Health Sciences Center will be providing the vaccine at each high school campus:  

Monday, May 10:  Doyline (8:30AM), Lakeside (9:30AM) and Minden (10:30AM)

Wednesday, May 12:  North Webster High School (8:30AM).  

Participation is voluntary.  If you would like for your student to receive the vaccine, please follow the link to the consent form.  Consent forms need to be completed by FRIDAY, MAY 7; the school nurse will call the parent to verify consent for students under the age of 18. The second vaccine will be offered at the beginning of June.  Students who are completely vaccinated do not have to quarantine as a close contact.
