As we near the end of the first nine-week period, we are asking all parents to complete a brief form for K-12 students who attend one of our schools. This form will be emailed to you Wednesday afternoon. The information received will allow us to prepare for any instructional adjustments needed for the 2nd nine-week period.
The deadline to complete and submit the form is Monday, October 19th. We will begin the second nine-week grading period November 9th. Your child’s school will contact you concerning all requested adjustments or changes.
