The Webster/Claiborne Early Childhood Network will be applying for 100 LA4 seats for Claiborne Parish, 95 LA4 seats for Webster Parish, and 15 LA4 seats for 3-yr. olds for the 2020-2021 school year with these seats being placed in schools in Webster and Claiborne Parish. Preschools in both Webster Parish and Claiborne Parish will continue to be offered at the current level using other funding sources as well.  There are no plans to cut any preschool classes or currently available preschool slots at this time.
